Dear Judge Bloch:
On December 21, 1987 the Staff filed a motion for reconsideration in this proceeding. On page three of that motion there is an error which should be corrected. In the first paragraph of page three, the sentence "In Staff's view, absent the likelihood that Mr. Held will receive an SRO license for Unit 2 pursuant to the Atomic Energy Act and the Commission's regulations, the proceeding should be terminated" should be corrected to state " Unit 1" rather than " Unit 2".
