This letter constituted, Transnucinar Inc.'s advance notice to NR0 in cornpliance with the requirements as outlined in 10CFR 73.72 (a) as licensee for a transient :hipment of enriched Uranium in the form of i
uranium metal. This letter also constitutna compliance on behalf of all j
carriers while the shipment is in U.S. territory as required in 10 CFR 70.20b paragraphs (a)(2), (d), and (f)(1), (f)(2), and (f)(3)(1) through (viii).
