Dear Mr. Brach,

This is a request to extend the 30-day reconciliation period required by 10CFR 70.51 e4 for our 11/20/87 inventory which would normally terminate on 12/18/87 to 1/5/88.

This request comes as a result of my not being supplied with all lab data pertinent to the l

11/20/87 inventory. I have been assured numbers will be provided promptly to allow my completion of the 11/20/87 inventory Reconciliation by 1/5/88. I have attached to this letter data which shows this inventory to be typical of past inventories.

This 18 day extension will enable us to complete the analysis of the material.

Enclosed is a check for $150.00 for administrative fees involved with the processing of this request.
