Your note to Harold Denton dated January 27, 1987, regarding Criterion 3 of the Sequoyah Restart Criteria was referred to me for reply.

As you are aware, the NRC recently established the Office of Special Projects I

to address regulatory issues involving the Tennessee Valley Authority and Texas Utility Generating Company nuclear power plants. The Office of Special Frojects is in the process of becoming familiar with the history and status'of.
