All reports and/or other research by your agency in connection with the Babcock & Wilcox Steel plants located within Pennsylvania at Beaver Falls, Aliquippa ar.d Koppel generated from your investigation of nuclear accidents, review of operational data and/or other matters regulated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Under current Freedom of Information Act documentation, I believe that these documents are publicly available and are not exempted from disclosure pursuant to said Act.
Your agency is believed to have custody of this material, but if it does not, I would request notice of their present location.
In the event of withholding certain documents requested, I would ask for a statement of such withholding and a summary of documents included therein.
