In response to your recent telephone call to Mr. Robert Jepsen, Acting President of Cardinal Cushing General Hospital, please be advised that my patient, Mr. Roswell Childs, had an atomic pacemaker implanted at the Cardinal Cushing General Hospital on December 8, 1977.

On March 22, 1982, the atomic pacemaker was removed from Mr. Childs at Childrens Hospital Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts, and it was returned to the manufacturer.

Mr. Childs medical record number at Childrens Hospital is 02-41-66.
