In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, we ars enclosing a requested amendment to licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 to change the technical specifications of Sequoyah Nuclear Plant units 1 and 2.
The proposed change revises the minimum flow and pressure requirements for the High-Pressure Fire Protection System at Sequoyah.
The proposed technical specification change is identified in enclosure 1.
The justification for the proposed technical specificat' ion change is provided in enclosure 2.
A proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration 4
performed pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 is provided in enclosure 3.
i Enclosed is a check for the $150 amendment application fee required by 10 CFR 170.12.
