ALLEGED FALSIFICATION OF TEST RESULTS By copy of this memorandum, the above report is provided to OGC for review in accordance with my March 24, 1986 memorandum. 0GC will notify you within one week of the date of this memorandum as to whether a written analysis is required based on an 01 finding of wrongdoing or because the report involves complex issues.
If your independent review causes you to determine that a review is necessary for your purposes, you should so advise OGC directly - by memo or verbally.
If an analysis is to be provided by OGC you should not finalize a proposal until their analysis has been received. 0GC will inform you if the analysis will not be prepared within three weeks of this memorandum.
l If OGC is not providing an analysis, the enforcement or other regulatory j
action should proceed in accordance with the normal practice including i
obtaining OGC review at the appropriate time.

TRANSFER OF COMANCHE PEAK ALLEGATION TO THE OFFICE OF INVESTIGATIONS FOR REVIEW I
Recent testimony of' witness "F" delivered to the ASLB on September 21, 1984, in an in, camera session:, revealed that there may frtve been falsification of certain test records'4b Comanche Peak. This matter has, been raised by the ASLB as a matter of concern to both the Board and the staff in ASLB nemorandum, of October 1, 1984.
You are requested to. assume lead responsibility for the follow-up of this allegation.
This matter i es discussed between H. Brooks Griffin of your staff and Richard Wessman on October 2, 1984. Please contact Mr. Wessman if you have any questions.
