Under provisions of the above cited authority, it is hereby request-ed that I be provided with copies of the following documents from Nuclear Regulatory Commission files and records:
(1) The final summary report of investigation by the NRC's Office of Inspector and Auditor concerning allegations involving the Region IV office of the NRC with respect to the Sequoyah nuclear facility in Oklahoma.
(2) All witness statements and related documents compiled in conn-ection with the investigation indicated in Item 1 above.
