Attachment 1 contains the Semiannual Radioactive Effluent Release Report for Big Rock Point Plant for the period January 1987 through June 1987. This l report is submitted in accordance with 10CFR50.36a(2) and Big Rock Point Technical Specification 6.9.2.2.

Attachment 2 contains a revised Semiannual Radioactive Effluent Release Report for the period January through June 1986. This revised report is being submitted as requested by the NRC during an effluent records inspection (87-009). The revisions account for a small emergency condenser tube leak which is suspected to have developed during the first quarter of 1986. Areas that have been changed are identified by a vertical line in the right-hand margin. This revised submittal supersedes the report submitted by our q August 28, 1986 letter.

i Attachment 3 contains a revised Semiannual Radioactive Effluent Release Report '

for L.e period July through December 1986. This revised report is also being submitted as requested by the NRC during the same effluent records inspection referenced above. The revisions account for the small emergency condenser tube leak and also correct the Sr-89 and Sr-90 release quantities to reflect actual analyses. The previous report was based on estimated values because our contractor had not completed the actual analyses at the time the report was due. Areas that have been changed are identified by a vertical line in the right-hand margin. This revised report supersedes the report submitted by our February 27, 1987 letter.
