SUMMARY
Scope: This speciai, announced team inspection focused on the implementation of the Agreement Between the United States and the International Atomic Energy Agency for the Application gf Safeguards in the United States (US/IAEA Agreement) at the Westinghouse fuel f abrication facility to determine whether the licensee had established, maintained, and followed a system of nuclear material acccunting and control in accordance with their Facility Attachment and 10 CFR 75.

Two violations - were identified:
