MEMORANDUM AND ORDER (Ruling on Application for Subpoena)
On August 25, 1987 the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League (SAPL) filed an application for a subpoena for the appearance of Mr. David Laughton, of the New Hampshire Teamsters Union Local 633, to testify before this Board.
The date of the witnesses' appearance is unknown at this time and the schedule for appearance of witnesses is as yet undetermined. The Board will not issue a subpoena for an uncertain time but will afford SAPL an opportunity to refile when a date for the witnesses' appearance can be reasonably determined.
Application for subpoena denied.
