August 28, 1987 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER TO SERVICE LIST In order to optimize the efficiency of the instant proceeding, the.
Board offers guidance and instructions to the Parties as follows:

The Board desires to have prefiled testimony in a form that makes it readily separable into witness statements and supporting documentation. The former is to be available for incorporation into the transcript as though read; those copies that are destined for the court repori:er shall contain all last minute changes and corrections so that an accurate transcript is readily achievable. Supporting documentation will be handled as exhibits not bound into the transcript.

'In order to aid the Board in the preparation of its decision, the Board will us'e computer assistance to the extent practical. To enhance that process, prefiled testimony (witness statements only) is to be submitted by the parties' both in printed form and on computer diskettes (51", IBM compatible,' ASCII forniat).
If such capability is not available to a party, submittals will be received in the customary printed form.
o Board copies of the daily transcripts are being ordered in printed form and in computer diskette form.
