Please be advised that I have been recently retained by George S.

and June White, of Box 58, Shippingport, PA 15077.
Under cover of September 1, 1983, Mr. white submitted a Petition for Intervention on ~ Licensing of Beaver Valley No. 2, at Shippingpor;. Pennsylvania.
In conjunction therewith we have requested a definitional map showing in details and the parameters used in order to define the exclusion area of Beaver Valley No. 2.
j We respectfully request that you provide us with a map showing the exclusion area and define the applicable permissible standards and parameters promulgated by your Commission in order to determine the exclusion area.
For your information and immediate reference, I am enclosing a copy of a local site topography analysis report that Duquesne Light was kind enough to transmit to me upon request.
This did not meet the needs required for my further analysis.
If there are any fees in connection with this please advise.
