Dear Sir:
Due to the need to modify sewer piping location as a result of building construction, and to replace a waste detergent storage tank, UNC-NP requests extension modification of Condition 27 date of August 31, 1987 (Ref (1)) to October 31, 1987.
We still expect to receive the State discharge permit by August 31, 1987. As discussed with G.
Bidinger on August 14,1987, we are presently estubl1shing base values for present non UNC-NP materials at the town treatment plant.
