The following major safety-related maintenance was performed in the month l

l had additional welding done on the embedment because of possible i

seismic concerns, j

The 1B emergency air compressor auto start air pressure switch seas 4

l replaced.

The battery bank of the Number 4 service water battery was j

reworked due to improperly installed anchor bolts.

Miscellaneous corrective and preventive maintenance was perfonned j
