The purpose of this unilateral modification is to increase the amount of funds obligated for contract performance by $30,000.00.
Accordingly, the following change is applicable.
A.
Sectiaa G.5, Subparagraph B.1 - Obligation Amount, the first sentence is deleted in its entirety and the following sentence is substituted in lieu thereof:
"The amount presently obligated for issuance of orders under this contract is $330,000.00."
