The issues and concerns you raised are being considered by NRC staff.

In particular, your concerns regarding-NRC's' position on the suitability of the Davis Canyon site-are being addressed in a follow-up letter.

raised by the states and Indian tribes; please do not hesitate 1to inform NRC of your concerns as.they arise.
