Inquiry No. 87-01 This refers to a telephone inquiry by Mr. Stevan Courtemanche of this office with Dr. Joseph McGarvey of your staff or July 9,1987. This inquiry concerned activities authorized by License No. SNM-1765, as they relate to the status of your' nuclear pacemaker program a.1d its pending need for renewal.
From this discussion, it is our understanding that you are continuing to
. follow one patient with an implant. Also, it is our understanding that you will be renewing your. license prior to August 31, 1987.
If our understandings arc incorrect, please inform us in writing.
