Febuary, 1987 NARRATIVE SUMMf4RY OF OPERATING EXPERIENCES At the beginning of the mor.th the plant was at 95% power with refueling coastdown in progress.

On Febuary 7th, power was reduced from 92% to 88% for turbine valve testing, excess flow check valve testing, and extraction nonreturn valve testing.

Refueling coastdown continued throughout the remainder of the month.

At the end of the month power was at 84%.
