Enclosed is a letter from Ad/anced Nuclear Fuels Corporation dated August 12, 1987 requesting an amendment to export license XSNM02161 to increase the quantity of material authorized for export to the Biblis A and Blayais 1, 2, 3 and 4 Nuclear Power Reactors in EURATOM.
Before we can act on this request, a letter of assurance is required that the material will be subject to all of the tenns and conditions of an agreement for cooperation.
