In our letter dated June 9,
- 1987, we provided a
proposed amendment to our Technical Specifications which specified the operability and testing requirements for the Control Room Radiation Monitor.

During discussions between K. D. Grada of Duquesne Light Company and the NRC
- reviewer, we agreed to amend this submittal to provide l
l consistency with the existing Technical Specification 3.7.7.1.
This i
minor change clarified the footnote at the bottom of the page and added the wording "...or movement of heavy loads over spent fuel."
This change does not affect the conclusions of the No Significant Hazard Consideration previously forwarded with our proposed amendment and will clarify the intent of this specification.
