The' Town of Hampton filed TOWN OF HAMPTON MOTION TO COMPEL DISCOVERY on June 11, 1987. APPLICANTS' ANSWER TO MOTION TO COMPEL OF TOWN OF HAMPTON was' filed on June 22, 1987.
According to our records, the Board has not yet issued an H Order on these issues.
Unless the Board is able to provide us with a prompt ruling in this matter, the Town of Hampton may lack the discovery necessary to complete its prefiled testimony for submission to the' Board by the September 11, 1987 deadline. ,
