Enclosed is a letter from Transnuclear, Inc. requesting an amendment to export license application XSNM01900 to increase the quantity of material requested for export by an additional 6.200 kilograrr:. of uranium containinq 5.654 kilograms uranium-235 (93.30% enriched).

This brings the total quantity of material requested for export to 108.500 kilograms uranium containing 101.100 kilograms uranium-235 Please consider this request in conjunction with car letters to the Department of State dated December 30, 1981 and June 18, 1982.
