Attached'is Consumers Power Company's response concerning the details of this event and our corrective actions. It specifies two actions that were not completed by July 31,.1987.- The completion dates of these commitments are identified in the respective response.
Consumers Power Company requests that the attachment to this letter be withheld from disclosure since it contains information which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21(c).
