Reports Required by Technical Specifications 6.9.1.4 and 6.9.1.5.b,e Gentlemen:
Recently we discovered that we have not properly reported the information required by Technical Specifications 6.9.1.4 and 6.9.1.5.b,c.
Specifica!!y, the complete results of steam generator tube inservice inspections have not been submitted prior to March I of each year; and, the documentation of all failures and challenges to the Pressurizer Power Operated Relief Valves (PORVs) or Safety Valves has not been submitted for the years 1984-1986.
The NRC Resident Inspectors were informed of the above discrepancies. Corrective actions discussed with the residents are summarized below:
