I. .SECY-87-184 - Request for Hearing by David W. Held on Denial of Senior Reactor Operator's License at Beaver Valley, Unit 1 The Commission, by a 4-0 vote, approved an order responding to a request for a hearing by.Mr. David Held on the denial of a j senior reactor operator's license at Beaver Valley, Unit 1.

The order grants the request for hearing and directs the l Chairman of the Atomic Safety and Licnnsing Board Panel to-i designate'a single member of that panal to act as a presiding officer. The NRC staff and Mr. Held will be the parties to'the informal adjudication.

(Subsequently, on August 7, 1987, the Secretary signed the Order.)
