On June 4, 1976, Boston Edison Company submitted proposed Technical Specifications and information pertaining to Pilgrim Nucicar Power Station Unit #1 pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50 Appendix I.
Additional information supplemental to the original submittal has been developed and is hereby transmitted.
l Additionally, some changes and corrections have been made to the pro-
]
posed Technical Specifications which were submitted in June 1976.
For convenience the entire package of proposed Technical Specifications have been included in this package.
Changes have been flagged with an April 1977 date.
Implementation of these Technical Specifications as

issued by the Commission will take effect on a date mutually agreed l
upon by the Boston Edison Company and the Commission,

The proposed Technical Specifications contained herein have been reviewed

and approved by the Operations Review Committee and reviewed by the Nuclear Safety Review and Audit Committee.
