I am the Director of the New Hampshire Office of Emergency Management, formerly the New Hampshire Civil Defense Agency.
2.
In my position, I am responsible for the preparation of the New Hampshire Radiological Emergency Response Plans.
3.
At the present time, the City of Manchester, New Hampshire, is designated as a host community.

In the event of a radiological emergency at Seabrook Station, Hampton Beach transients would be informed that they may report totheCithofManchesterasarelocationcenter.
