Enclosed is Revision 1
to Issue 4 of the Beaver Valley Power Station Physical Security Plan (PSP).
Revision 1 changes include:
(1)
The addition of an assistant to the Security Force Supervisor.
(2)
A written guideline on who can approve Security Procedure / Plan changes.
(3)
Clarification on which figure / diagrams show Vital Area placement.
(4)
The addition of SAS as a
Vital Area under certain conditions.
(5)
The "as-built" layout of Security System Components now complete.
(6)
Clarification of the physical barrier at the Unit 2 Main Steam Valve Cubicle Roof.
These changes have been reviewed and judged not to constitute a degradation to the previous commitments in the PSP.
