This modification is issued to provide funds in the amount of $15,000.00 and to change the Project Officer designated hereunder. The following modifications are therefore made:

Under Section G - Contract Administration Data, Paragraph G.1, Total Amount of the Contract Ceiling, the second paragraph is modified to read:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $125,000.00;"
2.
Under Paragraph G.2, Project Officer, Change Subparagraph B by deleting " Frances Cox* and "492-8092" and inserting " Clarence U. Alexander" "492-8255."
