This modification is issued in accordance with Section C.1.4(b) of subject contract, and accepts contractor's proposal dated April 7,1987, which is hereby incorporated by reference, to increase the price and extend the course, " Interviewing Techniques," from 2 days to 3 days.

The fixed price of the first four sessions will be 53,815.00 and the fixed price'for the.f.ifth through s.ixteenth sessions will_ be S2,895.00.
