l The purpose of this modification is to change the due date for required deliverables l

described in the contract. Now, therefore, the following changes are made:

1. Under Section B.1 Consideration and Obligation, the due date for " Draft Regulatory Analysis Report" is changcd from "May 11,1987" to "May 26,1987" and the due date for " Final Report" is changed from " June 8,1987" to " June 22, 1987."

i The above changes do not impact the total contract amount of $41,947.00. In addition, j all other terms and conditions of the contract remain the same.
