l 3.4 Loss of steam tunnel temperature control, resulting in high temperatures, may require load reduction or unit shutdown.
3.5 Smoke detection at containment cooler inlet ducts will trip the containment coolers.
3.6 The heating coils of Containment Cooling Recirc Charcoal Filter Trains and Containment Ventilation Exhaust Charcoal Filter Train may be energized during low humidity conditions by placing their associated heater handswitch to the ON position at Panel 1H13-P842.
3.7 Containment C16snup Mode is used to reduce airborne activity level, if a high radiation lev 31 is detected and Containment Isolation has been initiated.
3.8 Containment Cooling System fans stop on loss of bus voltage and will restart automatically on restoration of bus voltage.
3.9 Containment Exhaust Charcoal Filter Train may be used as a backup exhaust path for Combustible Gas Control System during hydrogen purge.
3.10 The drywell vent and purge system supply and exhaust valves shall be closed whenever the 6-in. or 20-in. containment purge system supply or exhaust valves are open in Operational Condition 1 or 2.
3.11 In Operational Condition 3, the drywell vent and purge system 20-inch valves may be open during operation of the drywell vent and purge mode of the Containment Cooling System for up to 90 hours0.00104 days <br />0.025 hours <br />1.488095e-4 weeks <br />3.4245e-5 months <br /> per 365 days for the purpose of reducing drywell airborne radioactivity levels prior to and during personnel entries or for controlling drywell pressure.
3.12 The drywell may be vented for up to 5 hours5.787037e-5 days <br />0.00139 hours <br />8.267196e-6 weeks <br />1.9025e-6 months <br /> per 365 days in Operational Condition 1 and 2, for controlling drywell pressure by opening the 20-inch drywell purge supply or exhaust valves; however, only one line may be open at a time.
3.13 The containment atmosphere is isolated during the Normal Operating Mode of ventilation for Modes 1, 2, 3.
If notified by Chemistry or HP that the containment atmosphere has degraded, follow EPI 04-1-03-M41-2 to place containment on a low volume purge with outside air. Use EPI 04-1-03-M41-2 any time a low volume purge lineup is needed in order to track the reason and time of the low volume purge.

B001B or B0010) by placing CTMT COOLER FAN d, CTMT COOLER FAN B or CTMT COOLER FAN C handswitches to the START position on local Panel 1H22-P178.
b.
Align the idle Containment Cooling Cooler (B001A, BO01B or B001C) for automatic start by placing the CTMT COOLER FAN A, CTMT COOLER FAN B or CTMT COOLER FAN C handswitch to the STBY position on local Panel 1H22-P178.
Establish PCW flow through the Containment Cooling Coolers c.
.by opening the fo11 cuing valves on Panel 1H13-P870:

Verify that both Containment Cooling Recire Charcoal Filter Train flow controllers, FK-R604A and FK-R604B, are in AUTO with a setpoint of 75 to maintain 3000 1 300 cfm through each train.
Start one of the two Containment Recirc Charcoal Filter e.
Train fans by placing the CTMT CLG SYS RECIRC CHAR FLTR TR FAN A or B to the START position, observing that a train flow of 3000 1 300 cfm is being maintained as indicated on Flow Indicator FI-R601A or FI-R601B.
f.
Align the idle Containment Cooling Recirc Charcoal Filter Train for automatic start by placing the CTMT CLG SYS RECIRC CHAR FLTR TR FAN A or B to the STBY position.

The Containment Cooling System is operating in the NORMAL MODE, or at least all required prerequisites for the NORMAL MODE have been met. Remote operated dampers are aligned per Attachment II.
