1 under the subject contract revises Modification No.
4 previously mailed to you on 7/30/98.
As discussed with Linda Grenough. AST and Paulette Smith, of my staff, on 8/17/98. the deobligation amount is revised from $23.531.48 to $11.662.06 to cover additional incurred costs that will be invoiced to NRC.
As stated in Modification No.
- 4. this action is taken as we are initiating closeout action. To complete closecut requirements, we must deobligate excess funds remaining under Task Order No.1 for other immediate agency requirements.
Therefore. enclosed for your review and execution are three (3) signed copies of the subject modification deobligating excess funds from Task Order No.
1 in the amount of $11.662.06.
