In the Matter of Private Fuel Storage, LLC, Docket 72-22, ASLBP No. 97-732-02-ISFSI; Scheduling conflict for proposed telephone conference, October 1 or 2, 1998 Dear Chairman Bollwerk; In response to the Board's Order of August 20,1998, regarding the proposed telephone conference scheduled for October 1 or 2,1998, no attorneys from the Utah Attorney General Office's will be available on October 1 and 2 because of the Office's mandatory CLE training / retreat to be held on those two days. I have also learned that OGD attorneys are not available on October 1 or 2 either.
I have contacted other parties to determine whether they would be available on other dates. Counsel for PFS, LLC, Confederated Tribes of the Goshutes, Castle Rock, and OGD are available on September 28,29, and 30, as well as October 6,7, and
- 8. Mr. Turk is available on September 28, and on September 29 before 3:00 pm EST, as well as on October 6,7, and 8. Counsel for the Skull Valley Band of Goshutes has not responded as of the time this letter was posted.
