Enclosed is a motion from Long Island Lighting Company requesting immediate certification to the Commission or, in the alternative, expedited Appeal Board disposition, of certain is-sues pcsed by the December 7, 1987 Partial Initial Decision, LBP-87-32, of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board concerning the scope of the February 13, 1986 FEMA graded exercise of the Shoreham Offsite Radiological Emergency Response Plan.
g One attachment to that motion, an affidavit of Charles A.
Daverio, has been appr6ved verbatim by Mr. Daverio but could not be executed by him and notarized prior to this filing because of the press of-time.
