RE: Merging of SNM-1940 License With 34-00293-02 License
Dear Mr. Weber:
The Ohio State University is requesting to have the SNM-1940 license merged with the University's broad scope license (34-00293-02). In order to facilitate this request, please include all conditions, statements, representations, and procedures contained in these documents; including all enclosures listed in the SNM-1940 license be incorporated in the 34-00293-02 license.
