The item 14 is Secy 98-203, which concerns the Baltimore Gas & Electric 15 Company's Calvert Cliffs proceeding.
16 The Commission is being asked in this paper to act 17 on an order responding to a motion by the National 18 Whistleblower Center to vacate portions of a previous order 19 of.the Commission known as CLI 98-14.
98-14 Referred the 20 NWC's; petition for intervention and hearing in this 21 proceeding to the licensing board, provided guidance.for the 22 conduct of the license renewal proceeding.and set out'a

. suggested procedural schedule for the case.
