n 7This is in response to your letter to Mr. Bang' art dated July 24,-1998 in which you proposed that L Ohio host an Inspection Procedures course by the end of this calendar year. We appreciate your need for this course for your program; however, the principal instructors for this course are NRC staff that have other responsibilities that preclude them from conducting another class
