Dear Mr. Martin:

l We are herein subnitting revisions to the subject plan made pursuant to 10 CFR 70.32 (e).

Paragraph 12.1 and 12.2 of Section 12, " Reports to the NRC," have been cmbined into a single new paragraph 12.1.

j Paragraph 12.3 has consequently been renumbered as 12.2.

These changes were made in order to make our plan consistent with the recent revisions to paragraphs 73.71 (a) through (c) of 10 CFR 73, " Physical Protection of Plants and Materials."

The Table of Contents (pages viii and ix) and the list of figures (page xii) have also been updated. The changes are denoted by a ruled margin.

Please revise your copies of the subject plan by replacing appropriate pages with the attached pages revised 12/1/87.
