Atomic Sa_fety and. Licensing Board Panel (ASLBP) within ninety days.
1 For the reasons cited by the Chairman, I believe that neither a public nor closed Commission meeting with the ASLBP would be useful and that the Commission has already identified and utilized better mechanisms for carrying out its supervisory role over the NRC adjudicatory process.
