This modification is issued to provide CY 1988 funding in the amount of $84,800.00.
As a result of this action, the total amount obligated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission'since inception of this agreement is increased from $357,000.00 to $441,800.00. Accordingly, the agreement is hereby modified as follows:

Article V - Consideration and Payment, Section A, Consideration, Paragraph 1 is revised to add the following:
"The rate of payment to the State for CY 1988 environmental monitoring (EM) and. TLD participation for each site is as follows:
