STAFF REQUIREMENTS - SECY-98-180 - REQUEST FOR COMMISSION WAIVER OF STAFF COST RECOVERY POLICY FOR WORK PERFORMED FOR THE U.S. AGENCY FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT The Commission has approved a waiver of the policy requirement for recovery of staff costs l
from the U.S. Agency for International Development (AID) associated with the work in Lithuania
- ($0.65 million and.3 FTE) and the existing Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) interagency agreement ($0.215 million and a small fraction of the Lithuania FTE). The staff should continue to pursue additional discussions with AID, including a possible Commission meeting, to seek AlD approval for providing the full recovery of NRC costs. The staff should also inform AID that this waiver approval does not signal a Commission position on the other reimbursable
