This modification is issued to provide CY 1988 funding in the amount of $1,900.00. As a result of this action, the total amount obligated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission since inception of this agreement is increased from $7,850.00 to $9,750.00.
Accordingly, the agreement is hereby modified as follows:
1.
Article V - Consideration and Payment, Section A, Consideration, Paragraph 1 is revised to add the following:
"The rate of payment to the State for CY 1988 TLD direct radiation monitoring at Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station is $1,900.00."

Article V - Consideration and Payment, Section A, Consideration.
Paragraph 3 is deleted in its entirety and the following new Paragraph 3 is substituted in lieu thereof:
"3.
The amount presently obligated by the NRC with respect to this cooperative agreement for the CY 1988 effort is $1,900.00.
The total amount obligated by the NRC since inception of this agreement is increased by $1.900.00, from $7,850.00 to
$9,750.00."
All other terms and conditions of this cooperative agreement remain unchanged.
