This modification is issued to add incremental funding in the amount of $46,000.00 which increases the amount obligated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission from $1,688,836.00 to
$1,734,836.00. and revises the estimated level of effort for two Task Areas. Accordingly, this contract is modified as follows:

Subsection G.1, Consideration and Obligation, Paragraph No. 2 is deleted in its entirety and the following Paragraph No. 2 is substituted in lieu ~ thereof:

The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is increased by $46,000.00 from $1,688,836.00 to $1,734,836.00. The Contracting Officer may issue orders for work up to the amount presently obligated.
This obligation amount may be unilaterally increased from time to time by the Contracting Officer by written modification to this contract. The obligation amount shall, at no time, exceed the contract ceiling as specified in Paragraph 1 above. When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligation amount,
~ the Contractor not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until-the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this contract. Any work undertaken by the l
Contractor in excess of the obligation amount specified above is done at the Contractor's sole risk."
This increased obligation in no' way increases the total contract ceiling which shall remain at $2,191,432.40.
I 2.
In Subsection C.1.3. Work Requirements, the estimated level of effort for the following two task areas are revised:
a.
Task Area 8(h).
The estimated level of effort is reduced by 14 staff weeks from 94 staff weeks to 80 staff weeks.
b.
Task Area 14. The estimated level of effort is increased by 14 staff weeks from 106 staff weeks to 120 staff weeks.
1 All other terms and conditions of this contract remain the same.
