COMMENT RESOLUTION In their vote sheets, Chairman Jackson and Commissioner McGaffigan approved in part and disapproved in part. The major areas of disapproval related to the resident inspector tour length and the longer term changes to the program guidance.

Commissioner Diaz approved the staff's recommendations. Subsequently, the comments of the Commission were incorporated into the guidance to staff as reflected in the SRM issued on August 21,1998.
