In accordance with OMB Circu!ar A102," Grants and Cooperative Agreements with State and Local Govemments," and the terms of the Agreement we require the following items tu close this Agreement. !

. This letter also serves to notify you that the NRC (1) has received the TLDs previously in your possession, and (2) is exercising its option under Public Law 97-258 to transfer title of the lead
' TLD storage cask, provided at initiation of the Agreement, to the State. In tum, the State may l- not make any charge to the NRC for any depreciation, amortization or use charges with respect I to the subject property. The NRC has relinquished all ownership rights to the aforementioned property.
