Division of Contracts and Property Management Office of Administration - Closeout, MS T-712 Washington, DC 20555 This letter also serves to notify you that the NRC (1) has received the TLDs previously in your possession, and (2) is exercising its option under Public Law 97-258 to transfer title of the lead TLD storage cask, provided at initiation of the Agreement, to the State. In turn, the State may not make any charge to the NRC for any depreciation, amortization or use charges with respect to the subject property. The NRC has relinquished all ownership rights to the aforementioned property.
