If Financial Status Report SF 269A (Short Form) enclosed a Request / invoice for final payment if you have already fumished the above information, please state when and to whom it was submitted. Also, indicate your point of contact by name and provide a telephone number for any future inquiries. Please submit the items requested to the address below within 30 days from the date of this letter.

U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Division of Contracts and Property Management Office of Administration - Closeout, MS T-712 Washington, DC 20555 This letter also serves to notify you that the NRC (1) has received the TLDs previously in your possession, and (2) is exercising its option under Public Law 97-258 to transfer title of the lead TLD storage cask, provided at initiation of the Agreement, to the State. In tum, the State may not make any charge to the NRC for any depreciation, amortization or use charges with respect to the subject preerty. The NRC has relinquished all ownership rights to the aforementioned property.
